Our company
Next Door Capital was created to make real estate transactions more direct, more accountable, and less stressful. We acquire residential properties throughout California through homeowners, real estate agents, and professional partnerships.
Patrick and Justice have helped hundreds of homeowners move confidently into their next chapter. Every division—from acquisitions to transactions to dispositions—works toward the same goal: an honest solution, a clear plan, and reliable execution.
Co-Founder
Patrick leads the company’s vision, investment strategy, and operations. A United States Air Force veteran, he served at Travis Air Force Base after moving to California from Columbus, Ohio.
He has been a full-time real estate investor for more than eight years and has built a diverse portfolio across California and Ohio. His focus is turning experience into scalable systems—setting the standard, building the team, and making strong execution repeatable.
Co-Founder
Justice grew up in Lodi, California and now calls Sacramento home. Before real estate, he worked as a robotics technician for Tesla—an experience that shaped his practical, systems-minded approach to solving problems.
As a California-licensed real estate professional, Justice focuses on investment properties while also helping retail sellers and first-time homebuyers. At Next Door Capital, he leads the sales organization with a relationship-first approach grounded in the property, the numbers, and the seller’s priorities.
